Kate has returned to S&W following 2 years in the UK and 6 years at Webber Wentzel in Johannesburg. During her time in the UK, Kate qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales and practiced in a niche employment law firm. Kate has experience advising employers on restructures, business transfers, unfair dismissal disputes, discrimination claims and industrial action, including strikes. She has a particular interest in data protection and the implications of the Protection of Personal Information Bill on employee data.
