It has been reported in Southern Africa’s Freight News that the availability of bunker fuel for the Port of Durban has significantly stabilised after earlier uncertainty that led to the lack of availability particularly of high-sulphur fuel oil (HSFO) for several consecutive days.  HSFO and very low sulphur-fuel oil (VLSFO) are reportedly both well stocked at the port, with the price for HSFO reported on 15 June 2020 at $270 and VLSFO well above that at $375.
