Specialisations and Interests

Kate has over 11 years' experience in family law and specialises in divorce, maintenance, domestic violence and matters of custody and access.

Kate also specialises in corporate and individual immigration solutions, advising on and assisting with work visa compliance, digital applications, accreditation, and end-to-end legal support to ensure a smooth and compliant immigration process. She can assist with various applications, including the STAGES Visa for film production crews, the MEETS Visa for international events and group delegates, and the Remote Work Visa for high-earning professionals.

Mediation Experience

Kate has completed a divorce mediation course with Legal Education and Development (LEAD).  Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution that has become mandatory in certain family-related matters in our courts’ division. She is also qualified in drafting parental plans, parental rights and responsibilities agreements, surrogacy agreements, separation agreements and Memoranda of Understanding in mediations.
