Senior Conveyancing Paralegal
The candidate for this position will be successful if they are competent in conveyancing matters, including bonds and transfers. They must possess no less than 6 – 10 years’ experience in a conveyancing environment with their duties consisting of the drafting of residential / home loan mortgage bond documents for the major banks. Therefore, the candidate will have to have effective time management and organisational skills coupled with the ability to be detail oriented.
